What is a Dinkus?! (And why would I want one?)
Dinkuses are small marks in book formatting/typesetting used to designate a transition or break in the flow of the story. While often done with something as simple as an asterisk (*), you can bring extra flair to your book's aesthetic with minimal effort using these premade images. Use them to mark a scene break, POV shift, time jump, and more!
 
Details: All images are high resolution (300dpi or higher) and created by Painted Wings Publishing without the use of generative AI. You'll receive a zipped folder with transparent-background PNGs that work in any standard formatting program for both print books and ebooks.

—Designer Licensing is limited to manuscript formatting only. If wanting to incorporate these designs into other book-related products (i.e. book covers, bookmarks, marketing backgrounds), each author will also need to purchase an Author’s License.
